The PCB Club Card, reviewed
Verdict: the PCB Club Card is the spring break club card we recommend for Panama City Beach in 2027. It puts entry hours, drink windows, venues, pickup and policy in writing, has no blackout dates, and lets you transfer before pickup. Platinum ($100 plus taxes and fees) is the right level for most people.

What we like
- It is all in writing. Entry hours per level, drink hours and days, venues with addresses, pickup hours and policy are on the card page and FAQ.
- No blackout dates. Valid every night of your week.
- Refunds and transfers. Refunds are available up to 7 days before your week starts, and you can transfer to another eligible attendee before pickup.
- Day value, too. Platinum and Ultimate get the Beach Blast free, Wednesdays 1 to 5 PM at Señor Frog’s, drinks and food included.
- Clear age rule. 18+ to enter, 21+ to drink, valid photo ID, no exceptions.
- Honest about artists. 2027 artists are listed as TBA.
What to know first
- A refund deadline. Refunds are available up to 7 days before your week starts; after that, transfer before pickup is the way out.
- Platinum stops at 11 PM. After that you pay at the door like anyone else.
- Fred’s Card is Fred’s only, 8 to 10 PM, with no free drinks.
- Taxes and fees are added to the listed prices.
- One card, one week. Staying across two weeks means two cards.
- 2027 PCB Club Cards are not on sale yet. PCB Club Card runs a free "Get notified" signup for the day they drop.
