Buying Spring Break Party Cards for a Group

Buying spring break party cards for your group: same week, matching levels, one card per person, pickup with each ID, and what to do when someone drops out.

Short answer

Each person needs their own card, for the same week, and each person picks up with their own ID and confirmation. Agree on the level before anyone buys, and sort out the maybes before pickup, because transfers are only allowed before pickup.

Party cards are bought one person at a time, but spring break is a group sport. Most crew problems come from a few avoidable mismatches. Here is how to buy for a group without the drama.

The rules that apply to everyone

On the PCB Club Card, PCB’s FAQ is clear on groups:

  • Each person needs their own card. Pick the week and card level for each person and complete checkout.
  • Everyone picks up their own card with their own valid photo ID and order confirmation.
  • 18+ to enter, 21+ to drink, with valid photo ID, for every person.

Step 1: lock the week

One card covers one week, and PCB’s weeks run Saturday to Friday: Feb 27 to Mar 5, Mar 6 to 12, Mar 13 to 19 and Mar 20 to 26, 2027. If your group’s trip straddles two weeks, decide which week the card is for before anyone buys. For school-by-school dates, PCB keeps a spring break 2027 dates table.

Step 2: agree on a level (this is the big one)

Mixed levels split a group at the door. The classic version: half the crew has Ultimate and the other half has Platinum, and at 11 PM the Platinum half has to pay or wait outside. Or someone buys Fred’s Card and finds out it is not valid at SeƱor Frog’s or Whiskey’s Saloon.

Our advice: match levels if you plan to move as one group, or agree up front that the group’s night ends at the lowest level’s entry time. Have everyone run the card-level picker and compare answers.

Step 3: deal with the maybes before pickup

Every group has someone who might not come. On the PCB Club Card, refunds are available up to 7 days before your week starts, and you may also transfer your pass to another eligible attendee before pickup. That makes the plan simple: if someone is a maybe, line up who would take their card, and settle it before anyone collects. After pickup, the transfer option is gone.

Step 4: one organizer, one checklist

Pick one person to own the details: the week, the level, the pickup plan, the room. If that is you, the organizer hub at PCBPartyPass.com is built for exactly this job, and its group checklist keeps the crew on the same page.

Step 5: plan pickup as a group (or not)

Pickup runs Noon to 11 PM at the Welcome Center at Hammerhead Fred’s, from Saturday, Feb 27, 2027. If your crew arrives on different days, each person can pick up when they get in. If you arrive together, go in the afternoon, together, and you are done before dinner.

Step 6: book the room with the nights in mind

Where your group sleeps decides how easy every night is: rides, meeting points and getting everyone home. We leave lodging to DoItForBreak; see where to stay in Panama City Beach before you book.

Group red flags

  • “We will all just buy at the door.” Fine for one night, chaos for a week.
  • One person buying “for everyone” without names or IDs sorted.
  • Levels that do not match the group’s actual plans.
  • Nobody owns the maybes until it is too late to transfer.
