Party card levels usually differ on how long free entry lasts, when drinks are included, what VIP means, which special events come bundled and how many discounts you get. The right level is the one that covers the hours you will actually be out, not the one with the longest list. Divide the price by your real nights out, then check that the windows match your plans.
Tiered party cards usually differ on five things: how long free entry lasts, when drinks are included, what “VIP” means in writing, which special events are bundled, and how many discounts come along. Price climbs as those windows widen. To pick a tier, work out which hours you will really be out, then find the cheapest level that covers them.
What do party card levels actually change?
Most cards sell the same basic idea at several prices. The differences are almost always in this short list. Our checklist for choosing a spring break party card goes deeper on each one.
| Feature | What tiers usually vary | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Entry window | Free entry for a short window, until a set hour, or all night | Free until what time? |
| Venue coverage | One venue, a few, or all partner venues | Which “not valid at” lines are there? |
| Drink window | No drinks, set hours, or longer hours | Which drinks, which hours, which days? |
| VIP | Faster line, a section, a private bar, or nothing specific | What does it say in writing? |
| Special events | None, one, or more included | Which events, and are they ticketed separately? |
| Discounts | Food and drink savings at one place or across town | Where do they apply? |
How are tiers usually built?
This is our general read, not any one seller’s rulebook. The lowest tier is narrow: one venue, one window, few extras. The middle tier widens the window and the venue list and usually adds drinks. The top tier removes the clock, adds a VIP layer and bundles more events.
The jump between tiers is rarely a little more of everything. It is usually one or two features that change the whole night, so find those first.
How does the PCB Club Card build its levels?
The PCB Club Card is our recommended card for Panama City Beach spring break 2027, and it follows the pattern above. These are PCB’s facts, with prices shown plus taxes and fees, and this is a snapshot, not the full perk list.
- Fred’s Card, $80: free entry 8 to 10 PM at Hammerhead Fred’s, for Fred’s events only. It is not valid at Whiskey’s Saloon or Senor Frog’s, and it has no free drinks.
- Platinum, $100: free entry until 11 PM, plus free drinks 3 to 5 PM and 8 to 10 PM, valid at all nightly parties all week.
- Ultimate, $200: free entry all night, express VIP entry and a VIP section with a private bar, on top of the drink windows.
Free drinks are for guests 21+ with valid photo ID. Entry is 18+ with valid photo ID. One card covers one week, with no blackout dates in that week. For the full list, see the PCB Club Card levels and how to buy.
How do you rank levels for your own nights?
Do this before you look at the price.
- Count the nights you will really go out, not the nights you hope to.
- Note the hour you usually arrive and the hour you usually leave.
- Decide whether you will use drink windows. That only applies if you are 21+.
- Decide whether a VIP section or a faster line is worth paying for.
- Divide the card price by your real nights out.
Here is step five for the PCB levels, before taxes and fees:
| Nights out | Fred’s Card ($80) | Platinum ($100) | Ultimate ($200) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | $26.67 | $33.33 | $66.67 |
| 5 | $16 | $20 | $40 |
| 7 | $11.43 | $14.29 | $28.57 |
A low per-night number only helps if the card covers the hours you are out. A cheap tier that stops at 10 PM does little for a group that arrives at 11.
What does the per-night math leave out?
Quite a lot. Cover and drink prices vary by venue, by night and by event, and we publish no figure for either. Use your own honest guess for what you would otherwise pay. Our club card vs paying cover walkthrough shows how to set that up.
The checkout total will also be higher than the listed price, because taxes and fees are added. Bake that in before you compare tiers.
Where does our advice land?
Our advice, not PCB’s words:
- Platinum fits most people. PCB itself calls it its most popular card.
- Ultimate is for people who go out after 11 PM most nights, or who want the VIP section and express entry.
- Fred’s Card is for people who spend most nights at Hammerhead Fred’s and are in by 10 PM. Remember it has no free drinks.
If you would rather answer four taps than read a table, use which PCB Club Card level is right for you.
What should you do before you buy?
2027 PCB Club Cards are on sale now for all four weeks and all three levels, sold per week. No early-bird price, promo code or discount on the card has been announced, so be wary of anyone who claims one. Refunds are available up to 7 days before your week starts, and Week 1 refunds close Feb 20. A card may also be transferred to another eligible attendee before pickup.
Picking a level also means picking a week, and that sets your dates. Once you have both, sort out where to stay in Panama City Beach.

Quick questions
Does a higher level always mean better value?
No. A higher level costs more per night out, so it only pays off if you use the extra hours, VIP or events. If a cheaper level already covers the hours you will be out, the extra money buys you very little.
Can I switch levels after I buy?
Switching levels is not something PCB has published. PCB does list refunds up to 7 days before your week starts and transfers to another eligible attendee before pickup. For anything else, ask PCB Club Card through pcbclubcard.com/contact/.
Do all levels include free drinks?
Not on the PCB Club Card. Platinum and Ultimate include free drinks in set windows, while Fred's Card has none. Free drinks are for guests 21+ with valid photo ID.
Is there a discount or early-bird price on the card?
None has been announced. Cards are on sale now at their listed prices, plus taxes and fees, so treat any claimed deal as something to verify on the seller's own site.
